Relovi Club is a community marketplace for families to pass on quality baby and kids’ gear. These guidelines apply to everyone using Relovi Club (ABN 16 846 489 015).
They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, messaging restrictions, or account suspension.
1. Be honest and safe
- Describe items accurately — condition, brand, size, faults, and photos that match what you’re selling.
- Price fairly — no bait-and-switch or hidden fees outside what’s agreed in the order.
- Meet safely for pickups — public places, daylight where possible, tell someone where you’re going.
- No dangerous items — including recalled products, broken car seats, choking hazards without disclosure, or anything illegal to sell in Australia.
2. Allowed items (examples)
Pre-loved baby and children’s items such as:
- Clothing, shoes, accessories
- Toys, books, games (age-appropriate and safe)
- Nursery furniture and gear that meets Australian safety standards and is not recalled
- Prams, carriers, feeding equipment (clean and accurately described)
When in doubt, check Product Safety Australia and recall registers before listing.
3. Prohibited items and content
Do not list, sell, or promote:

| Advertising & promotions | Listings used to promote a business, service, event, or social account rather than sell a specific item |
| Services & non-physical spam | Unrelated services, MLM, crypto schemes, external storefront links as primary purpose |
| Personal data | Selling others’ personal information |
| Hate & harassment | Slurs, threats, bullying, discrimination |
We may update this list as risks emerge.
Listings must be for specific items you are selling or giving away — not free advertising. See Terms of Use §5.6 for full details.
4. Respectful communication
- Be courteous in messages and reviews.
- No harassment, hate speech, sexual harassment, or threats.
- Do not share another person’s private contact details publicly without consent.
- In-app chat may block or flag phone numbers, emails, bank details, and URLs to keep transactions on-platform and reduce scams — don’t try to bypass this to defraud others or avoid fees.
5. Fraud and scams
Prohibited behaviour includes:
- Fake or misleading listings
- Taking payment without delivering items
- Chargeback abuse or payment fraud
- Multi-account abuse, fake reviews, or manipulated views
- Impersonating Relovi Club staff or other users
We cooperate with payment providers and authorities where appropriate.
6. Photos and intellectual property
- Upload your own photos or photos you have permission to use.
- No watermarks or branding that misrepresent affiliation with other companies.
- Don’t use others’ listing copy or images.
7. Reviews and reports
- Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.
- Use the report button for listings, messages, or users that break these rules.
- False or malicious reports may lead to action against your account.
- We aim to review reports and take action within 24 hours (remove content, suspend accounts, or escalate as needed). Serious safety issues are prioritised.
8. Sellers — extra expectations
If you sell regularly or as a business:
- Comply with Australian Consumer Law (including consumer guarantees where they apply to you).
- Provide clear refund/return policies where required.
- Register for GST if your turnover requires it.
- Complete Stripe Connect verification honestly for card payouts.
9. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion:
- Remove or hide content
- Restrict messaging
- Suspend or ban accounts
- Withhold payouts pending investigation (where permitted by Stripe and law)
- Refer serious matters to police or regulators
We cannot monitor every message or listing. Community reports help keep Relovi Club safe.
10. Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, email [email protected] with your username, what happened, and any context. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee reinstatement.
11. Changes
We may update these guidelines. Continued use after updates means you accept the current version (see “Last updated” above).
