Relovi Club is a community marketplace for families to pass on quality baby and kids’ gear. These guidelines apply to everyone using Relovi Club (ABN 16 846 489 015).

They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, messaging restrictions, or account suspension.

3. Prohibited items and content

Do not list, sell, or promote:

Recalled or unsafe Recalled cots, capsules, toys; car seats after accident unless clearly sold for parts with disclosure
Adult or inappropriate Sexual content, items not suitable for a family marketplace
Animals & food Live animals; perishable food without lawful compliance
Advertising & promotions Listings used to promote a business, service, event, or social account rather than sell a specific item
Services & non-physical spam Unrelated services, MLM, crypto schemes, external storefront links as primary purpose
Personal data Selling others’ personal information
Hate & harassment Slurs, threats, bullying, discrimination

We may update this list as risks emerge.

Listings must be for specific items you are selling or giving away — not free advertising. See Terms of Use §5.6 for full details.

  2. Restrict messaging
  3. Suspend or ban accounts
  4. Withhold payouts pending investigation (where permitted by Stripe and law)
  5. Refer serious matters to police or regulators

We cannot monitor every message or listing. Community reports help keep Relovi Club safe.


10. Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, email [email protected] with your username, what happened, and any context. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee reinstatement.


11. Changes

We may update these guidelines. Continued use after updates means you accept the current version (see “Last updated” above).
