Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data from the Relovi Club app. You must be signed in.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open Account → Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion may be blocked while you have an open checkout, order, or payment in progress. Finish or cancel those first.

What we delete

Your profile, listings, and associated personal data in our active systems. Some records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
